1. Alumni Reunion

💰 Collection: ₹14 Lakh
Celebrating the 30-Year Reunion of the 1994 Batch on FlocknGo! 10 member committee used organiser notes to share notes. Polls were used for booking train tickets, negotiating with hotels, making food and drinks arrangements and ordering custom event T shirts.Committee used Add-Ons/ Discounts for member optionalities like train travel, no. of stay nights, extra t shirts, etc. Two rounds of contributions – commitment and final were collected in a treasurer’s personal account.
The 25th Reunion was chaotic with 15,000 WA msgs, 4 Google sheets, and no negotiated costs with hotels. This time, it was seamless and streamlined.
2. Golf Outing

🏌️♂️ The Belmondo Independence Cup tournament was setup on FlocknGo. Signups and payments were collected on FlocknGo. Additional amount was collected from Non-BGA members through add-on feature, Driver members (premium) used the discount feature for lower fees. Session preferences were collected via polling feature. The Belmondo Golfers Association will clone this setup for future tournaments.
📣 Belmondo Golf Association plans its golf outings and tournaments on FlocknGo app. Polls, add-ons and discounts help them seamlessly conduct any golf event.
3. Celebrating Festival

🎊 The Diwali Get-Together was a fun-filled and seamlessly organized event on the FlocknGo app. FlocknGo polls helped choose the venue and food preferences. 3 member organising committee collected payments and shared data on FlocknGo. FlocknGo simplified data collection and reduced their workload by 90%.
📣 The team plans to clone the Diwali Get Together activity for the next get together for reducing organising effort significantly.
